Roses bought through a 3rd party are eligible for a onetime 24-hour exchange only.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges

We will accept only one exchange within 24 hours of purchase. We are a new grower, and our exchange policy will be limited for a short period of time and will expand in the future.

To be eligible for an exchange, your roses must be in the same condition that you received them, and they must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
